Professionally, Tiffany has nearly 20 years of experience working across local government, local health districts, and the not-for-profit sector on initiatives spanning cancer care and survivorship, patient-reported outcomes, health literacy, and First Nations health. Her evaluation work often sits in complex and sensitive spaces, where outcomes are shaped by relationships, service design, and history as much as by program activities.
Tiffany holds a PhD, a Master of Health Services Management and Facility Planning, a Master of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science Population Health and International Studies.
Jessica brings a climate and environmental lens to sense-making and communication, supporting decisions involving complex trade-offs and long-term consequences. Drawing on her work in marine conservation and climate advocacy, she helps translate evidence and lived experience into clear, credible narratives that support informed action.
Jessica has commenced a Master of Arts in Environment and holds a Graduate Certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, History, and International Relations.
Christofer brings advanced data science and quantitative modelling capability to Saga Systems, alongside a clinical background in physiotherapy and health service delivery. His dual expertise strengthens the integration of analytical rigour with real-world clinical understanding.
He works with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, interrogate performance variation, and support evidence-informed decision-making. His clinical insight ensures that data interpretation remains grounded in service realities, patient experience and operational context.
Christofer holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Medical Science and has undertaken postgraduate studies in Data Science.
Alex brings a governance and accountability lens to complex decision-making, particularly where risk, responsibility, and competing interests must be carefully navigated. Drawing on extensive executive experience across health, disability, public policy, and financial services, as well as her current work as a mediator, she supports sound judgment, clear roles, and defensible decision-making in high-stakes settings.
Alex is a qualified lawyer, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Master of Laws, a Master of Strategic Affairs, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Melanie brings an organisational behaviour and psychology lens to work involving programs, services, and organisational change. Drawing on her experience in organisational development and as a registered psychologist, she supports understanding how culture, leadership, and incentives shape behaviour, and what needs to shift to sustain change.
Melanie holds a Master of Professional Psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology (Honors), a Bachelor of Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Clare brings a clinically grounded perspective to evaluation and decision-making in health and social services. Drawing on experience across midwifery, child and family health, public health, and policy, she advises on how programs are likely to be experienced in practice and on how evidence can support workable decisions in real-world service settings.
Clare holds a Master of Public Health (Research) Master of Midwifery, a Graduate Certificate in Child and Family Health, a Bachelor of Nursing.
