Our Story

Saga Systems was established to offer a more personal, flexible approach to research and evaluation, making experienced expertise accessible without the overheads of a large consultancy. Clients work directly with experienced researchers and evaluators, from the first conversation through to project delivery. We focus on listening, building genuine partnerships, and producing rigorous, meaningful work.

Our Name

The name Saga reflects the importance of stories that are layered, personal and evolving. In Norse tradition, a saga tells of journeys, choices and consequences. Systems reflects the interconnected relationships, structures and conditions that shape experiences and outcomes. Together, they capture the idea at the heart of Saga Systems: finding the story within the system.

Our Symbol

Our interwoven knot represents the connections between people, processes and outcomes. Systems are rarely linear; when one thread shifts, others can shift with it. But with careful inquiry, patterns emerge.
