 At Saga Systems, we take a realistic and systems-aware approach to evaluation.  We recognise that programs don’t operate in isolation; they sit within broader systems shaped by policies, funding, workforce structures, social norms, and environmental conditions. Many of these influences aren’t visible in the data alone, which is why we work to uncover what truly drives outcomes and change.
