This signature workshop builds teams’ confidence and capability in thinking about evaluation, rather than teaching a fixed model or set of tools.

Evaluation is often experienced as technical or external. This workshop takes a different approach. It creates space for teams to step back from day-to-day delivery and think together about what is happening, why it might be happening, and what that means for decisions.

The workshop is grounded in partnership. It works alongside participants’ own programs, services, and contexts, recognising that people already hold valuable knowledge and experience. The focus is on surfacing and connecting that knowledge through shared sense-making.
